The Riverfront Harley-Davidson/Buell Team!!!!

Our building has a unique history of it’s own here in North Lawrence. The building had served as a neighborhood grocery store since 1949, first as Cole's IGA, then as Rusty's IGA, Roger's Food Center, and finally as Chris's Fresh Market Place which closed its doors in 1998. During its time as a grocery store, the building survived thoughout the floods of 1951 and 1993. After 49 years of being a grocery store to the North Lawrence neighborhood, Free State Furniture opened up in 2003 and carried a full line of new furniture, but unfortunately closed shortly thereafter. In December of 2006 Riverfront Harley-Davidson/Buell Shop opened its doors in the former neighborhood grocery store/Free State Furniture Gallery building. Riverfront Harley-Davidson/Buell Shop is a full-fledged Harley/Buell shop with Sales, Genuine Harley-Davidson® Parts & Accessories, MotorClothes® Merchandise, and a Service Department that offers the customer a friendly place to call home.
